KETTLEBELLS

PUMP
A class focussed on strength and body conditioning using various exercises and weights to target different muscle groups.
Sculpt & Stretch / Stretch & Flex
Using a combination of postures and breath control to achieve improved flexibility and strength throughout the body. Contributes greatly not only to improving muscle tone and definition, but also maintaining healthy joints.
ABS
